Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Delivery Timeline
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,999.
- Orders below ₹1,999 will incur a nominal shipping charge, which will be calculated at checkout.
Where We Ship
We currently ship across India. At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey every step of the way. You can also track anytime via our Track Your Order modal or your Pakiki Account.
Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, delivery timelines are managed by them. While we'll always do our best to assist, occasional delays may be beyond our control.

Exchange Policy
At Pakiki, we want you to love every purchase. If the fit isn't quite right or you'd prefer a different style, we're here to make the exchange process as simple as possible.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes. You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
What can I exchange it for?
You can exchange your item for:
- A different size (subject to availability)
- Another Pakiki product
If the new product costs more, you'll only need to pay the difference. If the new product costs less, the remaining amount cannot be refunded or credited. We recommend choosing a product of equal or higher value.
How do I start an exchange?
To initiate an exchange, simply email us at support@pakiki.com or message our support team on WhatsApp with your Order Number and photos. We'll guide you through the rest.
Is there an exchange shipping fee?
Yes. Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer and may vary depending on your location.
How many times can I exchange an order?
You may exchange an order up to two times.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We're sorry to hear that. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item
We'll review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Which items cannot be exchanged?
We cannot accept exchanges for:
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Products without their original tags
